Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Olympus Bets Analytics
(app.olympus-bets.com, mirror app.retirementgambling.com)
collects, why, how long we keep it, who processes it, and the rights you have. It covers the
website and subscriptions as well as our public, read-only MCP server
(/mcp) and WebMCP HTTP API (/webmcp/api/…).
Who we are
Olympus Bets Analytics (“Olympus”, “we”) is a quantitative sports-analytics and research platform operated by Olympus Bets LLC. We publish model projections and a transparent track record. We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, or transfer money, and we are unaffiliated with the separate “OlympusBet” sportsbook at olympusbet.com. What we collect and why

Cookies & analytics
We keep tracking to a minimum and set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Analytics are cookieless. We use self-hosted Umami and DataFast in their cookieless modes. They record aggregate metrics (page views, referrers, country-level location) without cookies, without a persistent identifier, and without building a profile of you. Because no cookies are set, no consent banner is required.
- Web fonts are self-hosted. We serve font files from our own domain, so your IP address is not shared with Google or any third-party font CDN.
- Strictly-necessary identifiers. If you log in, we use a session identifier that is required to keep you signed in. It is not used for advertising or tracking.
The MCP server & public API collect no personal data
The MCP server and WebMCP HTTP API are read-only and stateless. They return only data already public on our website (model projections, engine metadata, and the resolved-pick track record). When an AI assistant (e.g., Claude) calls a tool, we do not require any account, do not receive or store the contents of your conversation, and do not set cookies or build profiles. Standard web-server access logs (see above) apply.
Who we share data with (processors)
We do not sell personal data. We share the minimum necessary with service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing (under Stripe’s own policy).
- Email delivery (Resend / SendGrid / SMTP) — to send transactional emails (receipts, access codes, billing notices) and, if applicable, product digests you can opt out of.
- DataFast — cookieless, aggregate web analytics.
- Discord — only if you choose to link your Discord account.
Our projections are computed from third-party sports-data sources (e.g., ESPN, The Odds API, MoneyPuck, EvanMiya, FBref, Statcast, DataGolf, PandaScore, Kalshi) as batch pipeline inputs. Those providers receive no personal data from us.
How long we keep it
- Account & subscription data — while your account is active, then for as long as required for legal, tax, and financial-compliance purposes, after which it is deleted.
- Security/access events (including IP & user agent) — pruned after 180 days.
- Web-server access logs — rotated and deleted on a short cycle (about 14 days).
- Aggregate analytics — retained in non-identifying, aggregate form only.
- MCP/API requests — not associated with an identity; not retained beyond transient, rotated server logs.
Your rights
Where GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA apply, you have the right to access, correct, delete, export (portability), restrict, and object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. We do not sell your data, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
How to exercise them:
- Members can export or delete their data directly from the Account & Privacy section in the members area.
- Or email olympusbets@gmail.com from your account email with your request. We respond within 30 days.
- Deleting your account removes your records from our systems. Your Stripe billing records are held by Stripe under its own retention policy; we will request their deletion on your behalf where possible.
Marketing emails
Transactional emails (receipts, access codes, billing and security notices) are part of the service. Any optional product digests include a one-click unsubscribe link in every message, and you can also opt out by emailing olympusbets@gmail.com.
International transfers
We operate from the United States, and our providers (e.g., Stripe) may process data in the US and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children
Our content is for adults of legal age in their jurisdiction (18+, and 21+ where required). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
