These Terms govern your use of Olympus Bets Analytics (app.olympus-bets.com, mirror app.retirementgambling.com), the read-only MCP server, and the public API (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Olympus Bets LLC (“Olympus”, “we”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Olympus is — and is not

Olympus is a quantitative sports-analytics and research platform. We publish model projections, statistical analysis, and a transparent track record for informational and educational purposes. We are not a sportsbook: we do not accept wagers, hold funds, or transfer money, and we are unaffiliated with the separate “OlympusBet” sportsbook at olympusbet.com.

Not betting or financial advice

Our content is not betting advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Model projections are probabilistic and can be wrong. Any decision you make is your own responsibility. Past performance and any displayed track record do not guarantee future results.

Eligibility & responsible use

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service (18+, and 21+ where required for sports-wagering-related content) and responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. Sports betting involves financial risk. If gambling is a problem for you, call 1-800-GAMBLER. We may restrict access where the Service is not permitted.

Accounts & subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Before purchase, checkout displays the price, billing interval, automatic-renewal terms, cancellation method, and introductory pricing. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
The introductory Premium offer is $1 for the first seven days and then automatically renews at $15 per week unless cancelled. It is a discounted first payment, not a free trial. Other weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual plans renew on the interval shown at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel online at any time through the account billing link or Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. We provide a retainable post-purchase acknowledgment containing the offer and cancellation terms. Except where required by law, collected payments are non-refundable.
Introductory or trial offers may be limited to one per person; we may decline abuse of promotional pricing.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and access code secure. Do not share, resell, or redistribute premium content or access.

Invite-only partner program

Olympus may operate an invite-only U.S. partner program. An approved partner may receive a commission when a net-new customer purchases an eligible subscription through a tracked link or partner code; this does not increase the customer’s price. Partner endorsements are the partner’s own statements unless Olympus expressly adopts them. Partners must clearly disclose the commission relationship and comply with separate written program terms.

Partners may not promise winnings, misstate or combine performance, redistribute Premium material, target minors, use spam or hidden attribution, impersonate Olympus, or present Olympus as a sportsbook. Olympus may reject, pause, reverse, or terminate attribution involving refunds, chargebacks, prior customers, self-referrals, fraud, policy violations, or legal risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the Service except via our public, read-only API/MCP within reasonable limits; (b) resell or redistribute premium content; (c) attempt to breach security, probe, or disrupt the Service; (d) misrepresent your affiliation with Olympus; or (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose. The public MCP server and API are provided as-is for read-only access and may be rate-limited or changed.

Intellectual property

The Service, including our models, projections, written analysis, and branding, is owned by Olympus Bets LLC and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the Service for your own use. Publicly available projections and track-record data returned by the API remain subject to these Terms.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olympus Bets LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any betting or financial losses, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes & termination

We may update the Service or these Terms. We will post revisions with a new date and provide direct notice of material subscription, price, or renewal changes where required by law. A material price change will not take effect without the notice or consent required by applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Missouri law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your state remain available. Before filing a claim, you and Olympus will provide written notice and attempt in good faith to resolve it for 30 days. Subject to applicable small-claims jurisdiction, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in state and federal courts located in Missouri and waive a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.
